• Advance the professional development of construction professionals through education.

• Improve construction literacy within our community.

• Increase learning efficiency with craft training as UCS promotes health safety & welfare competency, and improvements with residential, commercial, industrial and condominium buildings.

• Attract and retain young talent through our Build and Grow (BAG) Youth Program.
