SITE BUILDING / INSPECTIONS
When it is time to look for a company to handle your construction project needs for your property or equipment, you don't have to look further than UCS. Depending on your needs, UCS will provide you the information you need for your project to be in compliance, mitigate risks and fraudulent contractors. My name is Samario Valasse-Paul and I am a 22 year old Junior Plumber/Mechanic. I chose to pursue plumbing because of its importance to our every day life. It is a well-respected trade world-wide, and I am honoured to be a part it. Our mission is supply the community with safe and clean water, while also being able to dispose of wastes from homes and offices.
I work with many tools that enable me to perform tasks such as installations or removal of applications, but first I had to learn how to handle these tools in a safe manner. Urban Construction Services (UCS) provided me with an NCCER program outlining the basic safety rules and regulations that I needed to know before stepping onto an active working site. This gave me an advantage moving forward into plumbing because I already knew what most tools were, what they did and how to safely handle them.

This nccer program was a good decision. I am enjoying my current experience with the program as I’ve learned a lot so far. It’s been very rewarding as I was able to work while doing the program and plenty of other opportunities opened up due to the people I met, qualifications and experience I received while on the job.
